Static Holiday Home

Our Holiday homes are set in a picturesque and quiet area of the park some of which have views of the beautiful Lancaster canal and surrounding countryside. Our own staff maintain the park to a very high standard. Bridge House Marina & Caravan Park can offer and provide all your requirements for purchasing your holiday home, from delivery and the siting of your Holiday Home on an available pitch to arranging for decking etc.

Within a 10 minute walk of the park is the historical market town of Garstang which offers a variety of friendly pubs, providing both local brews and some excellent food, for something different, three restaurants providing some continental cuisine, Italian, English and Chinese. In Garstang and the surrounding areas there are such facilities as public swimming pool, leisure centre, 18 hole golf course, Fishing (coarse & game), Clay pigeon shooting, horse riding & boat hire, also a regular market every week, held on Thursday in the town centre. The park now has the newly opened “Bellflower” on its doorstep, just 5 mins walk away for great meals & beers with some excellent value for money deals like 2 for 1 main courses. So no need for the car.

The parks situation provides easy communications and drive times to some of the most popular areas in the country, the Lake District is 40 mins, North Yorkshire Moors are 50 mins, the top UK resort of Blackpool is 25 mins, Manchester's Trafford Park Shopping Centre is 1 hr, Liverpool's waterfront area's and cultural attractions are approximately 1 hr 10 min.'s, Just 20 min.'s down the road the historic City of Lancaster and Preston. Also some of the most scenic country side in England, the Trough of Bowland and its surroundings are excellent for walking, hiking and cycling. The town & surrounding areas also boosts some great shows & country fayres during the summer. So if you are near or far, Bridge House Marina has something to offer everyone who loves the great outdoors.

New caravan holiday homes must have a minimum value of no less than £22,000.00 this does not include siting, connection or delivery and a minimum size of 35’ x 12’.

All prices include vat at the applicable rate. Gas and electric prices are subject to increase without prior notice and only if an increase is levied against BHM.
